“Most of the people are living sort of an <automatic> life, being only partially conscious of it, sort of anesthetized by routines such as soccer or watching TV, their job, by  other people - without listening to the real needs of their bodies, their souls, and their natural disposition. Living in this way results in life becoming meaningless, it becomes ordinary, dejà vu, useless.

Many people are now beginning to wake up, choosing a more authentic and fulfilled life, taking more responsible -and risky- decisions. Those open to ecology, to  holistic medicine, to the inner search, to  peace, to human rights issues, to the ethics of globalization, will be leaving this 'automatic' life, and will achieve a new planetary consciousness in the process.

But the real moment for a U-turn will arrive when a global consciousness arises, and when we become aware of our innermost.

Everything becomes magic, unique, every moment becomes valuably unique. We will perceive the meaning of our connection with the existence and the joy of living just because we live; we will feel the subtle sense of life – and its wonders.

People could wake up in a conscious way, using simple “scientific” techniques to develop their human potential which will lead them into a condition of global consciousness, call the "experience of being and meditation”.
